THE WORKOUT:
Lateral leg lift/ band hip abduction: 3 sets x 30 secs
Barbell squat: 4 sets x 7 reps
Barbell bench squats: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
Barbell push press: 4 sets x 6 reps
Romanian deadlifts: 4 sets x 8 reps
Barbell lunges: 4 sets x 8 reps each leg
Hip Abductor machine: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Supermans: 3 sets x 30 secs
