Raw Leg Workout | Full Day of Eating

Leg Workout:
- Sumo deadlifts: 5 sets of 10, 10, 8, 5, 5
- Squats: 5 sets of 10, 10, 6, 5, 3
- Super Set: RDL"s (3 sets of 15) with Reverse lunges (3 sets of 10 each leg)
- Super Set: DB sumo squat (3 sets of 15) with weighted standing abductors (3 sets of 10 each leg)
- Calf raises: 3 sets of 20
