Does a mom ever get time to herself?🤔😩 Lol. Maybe not but one good habit we can instill in our kids early is how to exercise to take care of themselves.💎 I hope you guys were able to follow the routine. Each exercise was done 4 times for 6 to 20 Reps each. ✌
