The KEY to Massive Arm Growth | Feeder Workouts

Over the last few years I"ve learned so much about arm training, whether it be from my own trial and error, or by picking up some tips and tricks from mentors. One of those things I"ve picked up along the way are feeder workouts.
Feeder workouts are quick/light workouts we do to pump some blood and nutrients into the muscles to aid in recovery and growth without tearing the muscle fibers. We"re not trying to exhaust the muscles or break them down, simply pump them up.
Feeder workouts are an integral part of my #ARMageddon 12 Week Arm Program and played a huge role in helping grow my arms 2.25 inches in 90 days.
During #ARMageddon, I did a mass day arm routine on Mondays and a high volume arm training day on Fridays. On the days that I wasn"t training arms or didn"t have an arm training day the next day, I did my feeder workouts.
The 5 minutes I would spend doing the feeder routine at the end of my day was a huge factor towards the growth I achieved.
Essentially i did 200 curls and 200 triceps extensions, using different grips, in blocks of 50 at a time. Using no rest and a light weight/resistance, i was able to pump a ton of blood into the muscles.
