Try this fast intense workout anywhere. Don"t have a treadmill? Get outside and hit the road running!

Get those runner legs:
SPRINT 30sec. hard
LONG JUMP BOUNDING
RUNNING A"S
Each exercise x"s 30 seconds repeat 5 times with 2 minutes rest in between!
