This advanced leg workout for women contains three advanced leg exercises that will help you build strength and sexy muscle tone in your thighs. You may need to practice these advanced thigh exercises for women to get the hang of them, but once you’ve mastered them, you’ll get one hell of a thigh workout that both builds strength and burns fat.
