Little leg workout 💪🏼
. - Bulgarian split squat jumps: 3x15 (these will burn) - Corgi squats (LOL): 3x20 (I recommend doing these before your workout just to get you warmed up) - Lateral lunges: 3x15 - Goblet Squats w/ resistance band: 3x20. One of my fave exercises. Go slow on the way down (eccentric). Keep your knees pointed out. Resistance bands can be found on #fitness
