Strong runners have to have strong legs. Not only to keep them going strong, but to also prevent injury. One of the most common injuries are knee injuries. Strong quads, glutes and hamstrings will help reduce the risk of these injuries. Incorporate these few exercises into your weekly strength training routine to help you become a stronger runner.
