Cruel fate put Game 6 of an incredibly exciting World Series on the same night as Halloween.
If you were a sports fan with kids — or lived in a neighborhood full of trick-or-treaters — this was pretty much torture. Fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Houston Astros, and just baseball in general were faced with some tough choices.
Some people straight-up pretended they weren"t home.
Front light off. Curtains closed. No time for Trick-or-Treaters. It’s World Series time. #Game6

Others were generous with their candy — if you cheered for the right team.
And some parents had kids with the right priorities.
But one LA neighbor was the real MVP. They put a TV outside for all the parents schlepping their kids around in search of fun-size candy bars.
Now that"s the spirit. Happy Halloween, baseball fans.
