At The Parker Palm Springs, the gin fizz cocktail is taken for a splash with Tealeaves Harmony herbal blend, peppermint, and maraschino cherries. If you’re looking for the perfect drink to complement patios or poolsides, this is the one for you!

HARMONY GIN FIZZ by The Parker Palm Springs

1.75 oz Uncle Val Gin
.25 oz Dry Curaçao
1.25 oz Harmony Syrup*
1 Lemon
1 Egg White
2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
1 Mint Sprig

Preparation:
1. Add egg white to mixing glass.
2. Squeeze lemon and add lemon juice to glass.
3. Pour in dry curaçao, Uncle Val gin, and Harmony syrup.
4. Shake and pour over ice, in a serving glass.
5. Garnish with mint sprig and maraschino cherries.

*Harmony Syrup
1 cup Water
1 tsp Harmony Loose Leaf Blend
2 cups Sugar

Preparation:
1. Heat water and steep Tealeaves Harmony loose leaf blend for 4+ minutes. Set aside.
2. Add 2 parts sugar, 1 part steeped Harmony blend to saucepan.
3. Heat & melt together, mixing so as not to burn sugar.
4. Set aside to cool.
