Today me and some Aggies killed some squats at the home of Ronnie Coleman The original Metro-flex gym in Arlington TX. From taking a week off from lifting it felt amazing to be back in the gym moving some heavy weights.

Squats are like life, it"s about standing up when something heavy tries to keep you down.
