Complete Arm Workout



Today we are doing a Coplet arm workout... Shoulders, biceps, triceps we are hitting it all!

-Shoulder Circles x10
-Side Raises x10
-1 Arm Front Raise x10
-Shoulder Press 21"s
-Bicep Curls 21"s
-Hammer Curs 21"s
-Tri Kick Backs 21"s
*Rest :30 between each move and 1:00
between each round do 3 rounds.
