The more we know about the human body the more people realize that, although there are a number of fundamental concepts that work for everyone, that the"one size fits all" diet only doesn"t exist.

The carbohydrate has had a small hard time lately. Carbs make us fatsugar is bad, and we should all switch to a high-fat diet or we"ll get diabetes. While this may sound intense it certainly isn’t a rare opinion. We, humans, love to see things in black and white and nowhere is a better example of this than in the fitness and nutrition globe.
