Tight & Toned Booty Workout - TARGET UNDER BUTT!



As I"ve always said.. I mix my training up each time so it isn"t usually the same. I"m training legs three times a week now which means mixing up weights and exercises so I can keep smashing them. Today was a higher rep/lower weight session. I then went on to do some high rep squats and HIIT training but just wanted to film this part to help give you all ideas (: hope it helps xx

SS = superset. So do the two exercises one after another without resting. So when it says SS - watch the first exercise & the next one. Once you"ve done them both, that"s your set done. Rest then go again :D
