Recipes - Organic Chocolate Ice Cream with Blueberries in minutes!

In this video, Kvein shows you how to make one of our most gorgeous deserts - Organic Chocolate Ice Cream with Blueberries. A healthy alternative to your supermarket Ice Cream products!

Ingredients/Equipment:

You will need: a normal cup, a blender, Tea Spoon & a large bowl

1 - Add 1 full cup of Rice Milk or Coconut milk
2 - Add 1-2 Tea Spoons of organic nut butter
3 - Add 1 Tea Spoon of vanilla extract
4 - Add 2 Tea Spoons of Green & Blacks organic cocoa powder
5 - Add 2 Tea Spoons of flax seeds
6 - Add 1 Tea Spoon of Stevia (not table sugar!)
7 - Add 4 Tea Spoons of Whey Protein (Grass-fed based ideally!)
8 - Blend for around 30 seconds
9 - Pour around half a cup of blueberries into a large bowl and add the Ice Cream mixture you"ve just blended
10 - Leave to freeze for around 2 hours minimum and serve!
