How To Do Squats For Thicker Thighs

These are actually front squats done in a 1 and fourth style meaning you front squat all the way down and then some all the way back down and then squat a fourth way -to- half way back down and then all the way back up for ONE rep.
Regular front squats work just as well but thee one and one fourth squats are actually better for you if you have lighter weights but pick a weight where 8-to-15 reps kicks your butt (or kicks your thighs)
There are also many different ways to hold the bar for front squats so you can hold the bar like I do in the video, use a manta ray or use straps.
Fronts are not necessarily better than regular squats but studies simply show that front squats place more stress or emphasis on the thighs.
Front squats are not a popular choice for most people due to most being uncomfortable linked to this exercise and if you don"t feel comfortable with this exercise then by all means do squats or lunges or belt squats for thicker thighs and butt.
