Have you ever tried making bone broth? It starts with finding the very best ingredients; grass fed organic beef, pastured organic chicken, organic vegetables, herbs and spices. You may need to make a few different stops just to get all of the best ingredients.
You need to make sure all the ingredients are chopped up so they fit into the pot easy. This also allows more surface area for the water to pull the nutrients out of the ingredients.

The next day, you can remove the layer of solidified fat from the top. It’s healthy fats, so you may wish to keep it and use it in other culinary applications.
You now have bone broth portioned into containers, ready to heat and serve!
