At Home Ab Workout: No Gym Needed



Try these no equipment abdominal exercises, put aside 15-20 minutes to give your body something good!!
Advanced Subscribers= 4 sets of 20 of each exercises little to no breaks!

Intermediate: 3 sets of 15-20 take a 30 second to 1 minute break after 4 exercises.

Beginner: 2 Sets of 12-20, really pay attention to your form! I would rather you do 12 reps with perfect form, rather than 20 reps of scary no structure chubaka form! Go Slow we all have to start some where!
