This one is OBVIOUS. Phoebs marches to the beat of her own drum, she"s quirky, and it takes her a while to settle down. She"s also honest, unpredictable, and has a tendency to go off-track. If there was an Aquarian overlord, it would be Phoebe Buffay. (I guess this makes Ursula an Aquarius, too, but we took a poll and we"re shunning her.)
