This workout is all about those Pilates abs! I used the BEST and most scientifically proven moves to strengthen your abs and core. Follow along to whittle that waist under the mistletoe. These exercises will help keep it tight and toned - EVEN after all those yummy holiday treats we keep enjoying. Stay tuned later this week for a Santa Booty workout!

10 of these moves require no equipment but the last two BONUS ones I utilize a mini stability ball. If you don"t have a small ball roll up a small-ish towel. Then google or amazon a small ball and buy it. I"ll be posting more videos on it and I highly recommend it for home Pilates and core workouts!!

Exercises:

Pilates Hundred
Double Leg Stretch
Bicycle
Teaser Holds
Plank- Long Stretch and Knee Taps
Side Elbow Planks
SIde Elbow Arm & Leg Raises
Reverse Crunch
Ball Plank
Ball Crunch

As always use discretion and skip any moves that cause joint pain. Do the workout for 2 or 3 times in a row for added ab strength!
