Leg Day: Calisthenics Meets Weight Training
Adriana Vicino and I love to find creative ways to work body-weight training into our lower body workouts.
Here was last night"s lower body workout.
Strength Training
-5x5 Box Squats, 5 Second Pause at 1/3 and 4/4
-3x5 Nordic Hamstring Curls, with weight or arms extended
-3x6 Pistol Squat/Dragon Pistol Variations
Burn Out Set:
-7x Overhead Lunges
-7x Horizontal Ninja Jumps
-7x Bodyweight Lunges
-7x Farmer"s Carry Lunges
3 Rounds
