Meet the sauciest clam in show business... it"s Diane "Clam" Kirk from Long Island, and she"s got major attitude! In this episode, she helps me show you how to make steamed Manila clams. I dare you to keep a straight face... and apologies in advance!

Learn how to make a healthy and delicious steamed clams dish with gorgeous Asian flavors like lemongrass, ginger, and sake. The chillies just kick it up a notch. You can have this dish on your table within 10 minutes... I know, amazing, right??!!

If you don"t like fish sauce, you can easily just substitute it with more salt or some soy sauce. Make sure your clams are super fresh and you might find yourself wondering where all the clams went because they"ll disappear so quickly into your mouths! I"ve been known also to drink the soup in the dish afterwards as well because i couldn"t get enough!
