CALISTHENICS LEG WORKOUT
Give this a try! Although this workout does not require the use of weights, if you"d like to challenge yourself, feel free to add resistance towards the front squat or lunges!
0:48 Squat 3 x 20
1:03 Lateral Lunge 3 x 8 per side
1:26 Lunges 2 x 10 per side
1:43 Jumping Lunges 2 x 4 per leg (2 min rest)
1:55 Hip Thrusts 2 x 12
2:08 Pistol Squat 3 x 8 per leg
2:23 Assisted Pistol Squat (Beginners)
2:36 Calf Raise 3 x Failure
2:51 Single Leg Calf Raise 3 x Failure
Rest Period: 1 min each except for jump squats (longer rest period)
