Massive Canadian Linear Parks : linear parks
The Meadoway is a Lengthy 16-Kilometer Green Initiative in Toronto
Toronto Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), The W. Garfield Weston Foundation and the City of Toronto collectively announced plans for the development of one of Canada"s largest urban linear parks. The Meadoway is a project that will promote recreational activity, while also serving as a connection between downtown Toronto and Rouge National Urban Park in Scarbrough. In total, the scheduled development will bridge four ravines, 15 parks and 34 neighborhoods. In addition, the project will boast more than 1,000 diverse species of flora and fauna for a one-of-a-kind nature-infused urban experience.
As far as urban linear parks go, the development of the Meadoway is truly ground-breaking. The green initiative is to replace a 16-kilometer hydro corridor.

Bacon confirmed linked to Rectal Cancer in Men & Bladder Cancer in Women - No Safe Amount - Even 1 serving poses Health Risk.
Study confirms Bacon May give Men Ass Cancer. No Amount Safe. Bacon now classified as unsafe. Eating Bacon is now confirmed linked to Cancer of the Men"s behind. (Colo-Rectal Cancer) Also No Safe Amount. Bacon and processed meat, unlike marketers, is categorized by those with higher scientific knowledge as being un-fit for human consumption. Non-Vegan Meat and Paleo Diet Eaters are at Severe Risk. It is important to note that this study also compared Fit persons, those who look fit, lift weights, exercise, and think they "eat healthy". Even the fitness exercisers ended up dead. This experiment excluded those meat-eaters who smoked, drank, couch-potatoes, and other un-healthy lifestyle factors. It means that this study compared "Health-Conscious" meat-eaters with vegetarians, and the "health-conscious" meat-eaters still ended up dead. These are those such as might be in exercise classes, crossfit, muscle-building, endurance runners, athletes, and others who don"t smoke, aren"t fat, and believed they were eating a healthy "balanced diet" in "moderation". Those that ate bacon were still found to have a 70% risk of Death. The study is extremely large. Nearly 500,000 people. Not 6 people, not 120, but spanning neearly half a million people studied.
Bacon eaters were also found to have tumors in their body and tissues. Eaters of bacon ended up with various cancers. One type of cancer that is very bad, the 2nd most common cause of cancer deaths, is colon and rectal cancer. This is cancer of your back seat. Men who ate bacon often ended up with cancer of their hind end. Women also showed the same results. As well as chemo-therapy, the treatment is to surgically place forceps up through the man"s anus from the rear, cut up the intestinal wall to chop out the man"s rectum and pull it out the man"s anus. Then the dangling piece internally above the cancer line is sewn back onto the man"s anus to re-form the complete exit tube.
It is important to understand that you do not avoid this problem (rectal cancer) by eating Grass-Fed Beef. Grassfed Beef is still linked to cancer inside of a Man"s buttocks. The reason is, it has nothing to do with the cow eating grass or not, meat, whether processed or un-processed, organic or factory produced, still contains HEME IRON. Heme iron is contained in the blood. So there is no kind of meat that does not have blood, i.e. Heme Iron. There is Heme iron even in Organic, Hormone-Free, Pasture-Raised, Locavore, Antibiotic-Free, non-grain-fed meat. Including steaks. If it"s an animal, it has heme iron. Heme iron is tied to rectal cancer. Also all meat is deficient. Fiber staves off rectal cancer. Fiber is only produced by plants. Fiber is only found in plants. Meat is nutritionally deficient. Meat has zero fiber. There is no fiber in meat. So meat has everything that is tied to causing rectal cancer, and has none of the substance that could reduce it. There is no fiber in Grass Fed organic meat. The beneficial substance, fiber, is only present in plants, which are the basis of a vegan diet. Therefore vegans do not have this problem. Of fiber and mutagenic and carcinogenic heme iron only found in meat.
Bacon is now confirmed tied to risk of shortened lifespan, increased mortality even in health-conscious fitness oriented people. And life enjoyment is also poor in bacon eaters due to the fact that any number of years prior to death, the bacon-eater is suffering from cancer of the behind, may be fitted with a colostomy or ostomy external plastic bag into which their urine and feces pour and they must squeeze and empty, plus the surgical excision of their bowel pulled out through their anus.
This is one of the most authoritative and definitive scientic studies ever done. The data now show that there is No safe human level of bacon meat. Those that ate bacon, even just 2 strips per day, the smallest amounts, even exercisers who were fit, had a 70% increased risk of Death. From ingesting simply bacon and various meats both processedand unprocessed.

1. Cardio and Strength-Training Exercises

The Questionnaires of James Lipton, Bernard Pivot, and Marcel Proust

Viewers of Inside the Actors Studio are familiar with host James Lipton’s list of questions, which he poses to each of his guests at the end of an interview. These questions are supposed to reveal deep inner truths about one’s personality, but their effectiveness depends entirely on who’s answering them.
Lipton always gives credit for this list to French talk show host Bernard Pivot, who hosted Apostrophes from 1975–1990 and Bouillon de Culture from 1990–2001; he often mentions that the list originally came from French novelist Marcel Proust (1871–1922). Proust did not actually create the questionnaire that frequently has his name attached, though he did famously answer two versions of it (once at age 13, and a second time at age 20), and thereby gave the lists a certain notoriety. The lists started as a parlor game, and their original author is unknown.
As it turns out, Lipton’s list differs in three questions from Pivot’s, and neither Lipton’s list nor Pivot’s has a single question in common with either of Proust’s! But here are all four lists (the last three being approximate French translations).

- 250 Gm baby corn
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 Cup Cornflour
- Salt as per taste
- 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 Tbsp oil

- 2 Green chillies
- 2 Medium sized onion cut into big pieces and separated
- 1 Medium sized capsicum into big pieces
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 Tsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Around 1/4 cup water

Creative Problem Solving: Create Meaning from Contradictory Ideas

Those who succeed in an unending changing environment are able to do one thing really well:
Create meaning from contradictory ideas.
We can create meaning by determining the factor of the interaction between contradictory ideas. We can do this through what is known as the Dialectic Method. This method was constructed mainly by Karl Marx, yet it heavily built on the ideas of the Hegelian dialectic.
In this article, I will explain to you what exactly the Dialectical Method is and how you can apply it in life to be a more creative problem solver.
Creative problem solving: the Dialectical Method

Dialectic implies a process of evolution, where dialectical logic is a system identifying the structure of thought and was initially intended to replace the laws of formal logic. Nevertheless, I do not intend to dive into the history of the Dialectical Method.
My intent here is to propose this method as a way to create meaning and create something new in our contemporary chaotic world by examining the three stages of development within the Dialectical Method:
- Thesis
- Antithesis
- Tension resulting in Synthesis
All thought is based on pieces of a previous thought:

Before you start diving into any of the stages, you need to first understand the meaning for each stage.
Just like anything else, you must understand what each stage is before an understanding of the topic is reached.
Stage #1: Thesis
First, you have your thesis, known also as a proposition. This is the starting point or the status-quo giving rise to the reaction (antithesis).
Stage #2: Antithesis
Second, the antithesis is the reaction or the contradiction. This is the counter-proposition.
Stage #3: Synthesis
Third, the tension between the thesis and antithesis is resolved by synthesis.
In other words, this is where meaning is created and where the new thesis comes to be.
What’s important to understand here is the meaning of synthesis and how it differs from analysis:
- Analysis is an examination of the elements of something (think of breaking something apart or analyzing each individual piece of a puzzle).
- Synthesis is the combination of ideas to form something new (think of putting the pieces of a puzzle back together, yet you see something completely new).

This process is unending. Your synthesis is your new thesis, for which it too will possess a counter-proposition (antithesis).

Destructive deduction and creative induction

According to John Boyd, famous Air Force Colonel, we are constantly breaking apart old paradigms and putting the pieces back together creating a new perspective better matching our current reality. Essentially, we orient our self to a rapidly changing environment. This ultimately led to Boyd’s creation of the OODA Loop.

Boyd described this through a thought experiment in a presentation called Strategic Game of ? and ?. Through the process of Destructive Deduction (analyze and pull apart mental concepts into discrete parts) and Creative Induction (using these elements to form new mental concepts) we can create a new mental model that more closely aligns with reality.
Moreover, Boyd illustrated this thought experiment in an interesting way. Let’s see if you can figure it out.
Part 1 of his question:
“Imagine that you are on a ski slope with other skiers…that you are in Florida riding in an outboard motorboat, maybe even towing water-skiers. Imagine that you are riding a bicycle on a nice spring day. Imagine that you are a parent taking your son to a department store and that you notice he is fascinated by the toy tractors or tanks with rubber caterpillar treads.”
Part 2:
“Now imagine that you pull the skis off but you are still on the ski slope. Imagine also that you remove the outboard motor from the motorboat, and you are no longer in Florida. And from the bicycle you remove the handle-bar and discard the rest of the bike. Finally, you take off the rubber treads from the toy tractor or tanks. This leaves only the following separate pieces: skis, outboard motor, handlebars and rubber treads.”
Sounds crazy right?
Yet, what do you imagine would be created from these parts?
The answer:
a Snowmobile!
How to apply the Dialectical Method (Step-by-step guide)
Step #1. Identify your thesis
Your Thesis is your starting point or status-quo. This is where your thinking exists today.
Step #2. Identify the antithesis
The Antithesis is the mechanism for change. This is the opposing group or ideas that do not support the status-quo (your Thesis).
In order for things to change, we must have some form of opposition. These ideas bring about change by clashing with the Thesis.
Step #3. Synthesis (new thesis)
When a Thesis and Antithesis clash, we get progress. This is a meeting of two groups bringing about a new and better process. However, this process never ends.
Let’s examine two examples of this method:

Example #1
- Thesis: Being
- Antithesis: Nothing
- Synthesis (New Thesis): Becoming
Example #2
- Thesis: People need to go to the bank to draw cash.
- Antithesis: It’s not necessary to go to the bank to draw money.
- Synthesis (New Thesis): Develop ATM to dispense cash at convenient locations.
The reality behind this method
The dialectical method becomes a continuous and unending mechanism for building on ideas.
The truth is:
The strongest ideas survive through the continuous dialectical process.

This method shows us why we should never get stuck living in our comfortable lives. We should continue to evolve and adapt; continue to challenge our hidden biases and assumptions.

There are no WEIGHTS in this prison system! Maybe the prisons in your state or the ones you observed on television have weights, but this one does not. Maybe the prison that your sister"s friend went to had weights, this one does not. You might think that steroids flood this prison system, they do not. I spent a few calendars on the mainline of this prison system so I am speaking from experience.
These cats get swole without weights because they were taken out of this prison system in the late 90"s. The food provided by the state is high in fat and low in protein so when you consider they have no weights, and their diet is lacking in the proper body building nutrients their physical condition is remarkable. These cats would put most licensed physical trainers to shame in their knowledge of working out and building solid muscle.
All they got to work with is water bags (seen in the first three pictures in the video and they can weigh about 50 pounds), calisthenics, burpees, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and other bar work. For a leg workout a homie will sit on their shoulders so they can do lunges or squats.
This video should serve as motivation to you to get yourself in top physical shape because you don"t need an expensive gym membership or even weights. Start with push-ups and other exercises that use your body weight. Fill two milk jugs with water and you now have some makeshift dumbbells. If there"s a will, there"s a way if you are able bodied, so stop making excuses and get at it. Put the pies, cakes, twinkies, and soda down and start eating healthy and building muscle.

All of the Home Alone movies have pretty much reached classic status, with many people religiously marathon-ing them around the holidays. But for star Macaulay Culkin, that is not the case. During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 37-year-old actor admitted he actually doesn"t tune in when the movies come on.
"I"ve had people want to sit down and watch it with me," he explained. "I can"t watch it the same way other people do." Culkin revealed that when he does watch, he thinks more about his time on set than the actual plot of the movies. Culkin also said that when holiday season arrives, he tries not to leave his house. "Yes, I definitely don"t," he said. "It"s my season . . . Macaulay season. I try to go out less and less around that time of year."
And why"s that? Well, one of the reasons behind his decision is because so many people ask him to re-create his famous scared expression from Home Alone, with his hands clasped on either side of his face.
