Crispy Baby Corn Chilli | Baby Corn Manchurian Recipe | Indo Chinese Recipe ~ The Terrace Kitchen
[INGREDIENTS]
- 250 Gm baby corn
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 Cup Cornflour
- Salt as per taste
- 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped ginger garlic
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 Medium sized onion cut into big pieces and separated
- 1 Medium sized capsicum into big pieces
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 Tsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Around 1/4 cup water
- My homemmade organic red food color - 1/2 Tsp
- 1 Tbsp cornflour + 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp honey or sugar
