Learn how to make a healthy and organic Vegetarian Quinoa "Fried Rice." It"s prepared like fried rice but instead of rice, we use quinoa and also lots of vegetables!
It is quick and easy to make fried rice and this healthy vegan or vegetarian version. It definitely doesn"t disappoint and will turn anyone on the fence about quinoa into a quinoa lover.
The flavors are similar to the a popular version of a pineapple fried rice, this one with more hints of sweetness as opposed to HOIA episode 26"s Part 1 Thai Pineapple Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice which featured a more savory and spicy boldness. To make this 100% gluten free, all you have to do is sub out regular organic soy sauce with gluten free soy sauce, tamari, or liquid aminos.
