NO EQUIPMENT LEG WORKOUT // GYM OR HOME



I put together a leg workout for you that can be done at home or at the gym with no equipment needed! It consists of four exercises that will target different muscles in your legs! This was created for those of you who just want to get started, who needed an at home workout or for anyone who wants to do this leg workout. Remember you can add weight, resistance bands, more reps or sets! Do what is best for you!
