DUMBBELL LEG DAY || Build your confidence in the gym and Booty Gainz



"Stay in your lane" Booty and Hamstring workout. All you need is a couple dumbbells and a bench or box. Build your confidence and GLUTES (aka best muscle ever) at the same time!

THE WORKOUT

Bulgarian Split Squats
3 sets x10 reps each leg with weights; immediately into 5 reps jumping squats no weight

Single Leg Hip Thrusts
2 sets x10 reps each leg

Hip Thrusts
3sets x15 reps

Step Ups
3 sets x15 reps each leg

Romanian Straight Leg Deadlifts
3 sets x15 reps

Single Straight Leg Deadlifts
2 sets x10 reps each leg

SECRET SAUCE MOVE IDK WHAT TO CALL IT
3 sets x15 reps
