The Asian Chopped Salad With Spicy Peanut Dressing | Recipe | Benefits | Yogic Organic Living
Loaded with calcium for stronger bones and high in vitamin B12, the Asian Chopped Salad With Spicy Peanut Dressing is recommended for kapha and pitta doshas. It is not good for vata dosha as it contains cabbage. However, they can instead use lime. This salad can be had in any season and and at anytime of the day.
Ingredients include broccoli- 1, cabbage green/red- ½, carrots - 3 small, cottage cheese - 250 grams, chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon, peanut butter smooth - 1 tablespoon, cabbage - 1 cup, ginger - ¼ cup, cilantro - 1/2 cup.
