How To Improve Your Balance (STEP BY STEP GUIDE!)
Learn how to improve your balance with our 90 day fitness and nutrition program http://athleanx.com/x/improve-your-balance
In this video learn how to improve balance with our step by step guide to balance training, proprioception and stability exercises.
The first key to improving balance is to think like a kid and play with balance incorporating it into your workouts and everyday life. For any beginner balance workout you should incorporate an unstable but controllable environment so that you learn how to balance but without hurting yourself. It’s important to create a training program for better balance, and we’ll help you do that.
Each of the exercises in this step by step guide you’ll do 8 – 10 reps. For the stability exercises done on one foot or side you’ll do 8 – 10 reps on each side. If you’re just starting out, your beginner balance workout starts with stability exercises. These are level 1 stability training moves that anyone can try. You should master these balance training exercises before moving on to the next level of stability workout.
Once you feel comfortable with those, you can try the level 2 strength and stability exercises. These are a little bit more challenging when it comes to balance training because they incorporate strength as well. Finally once you’ve really mastered those, you should try the power level exercises in this balance training workout. Please note that it may take several months to improve your balance using these balance training exercises so take your time moving up levels.
