There are 3 parts to this inner thigh workout that don"t have to be done in any particular order...
1. Simple inner thigh raises where your leg(foot) never touches the ground in order to keep max tension on your inner thighs. Remember: dont go fast and raise your legs up & down slowly.
2. Inner thigh kickouts. You can vary the angle at which you kick out for a better inner thigh workout. Remember: keep a steady slow pace so your inner thigh muscles & not momentum is doing all the work.
3. Inner thigh circles. The bigger the circle the better to create a more intense inner thigh burn and again: not too fast but you want a BIG SLOW inner thigh circle here for best results.
THREE ways to make this inner thigh workout more intense if it is too easy...
1. Use ankle weights.
2. Do the entire workout on ONE leg at a time instead of switching between exercises. For example: do the inner thigh raises, kickouts and circles all on your right leg before switching to your left leg.
3. Do this workout back-to-back or do it 2-to-3 times in a row for a 20+ minute inner thigh workout
TWO ways to make this inner thigh workout more intense if it is too hard...
1. Don"t do as many reps for each inner thigh exercise and only do 10+ reps for each one.
2. Do it sitting down in a chair for more comfort
There is no way to spot reduce or lose fat just from the thigh area. YES, this will firm up or target your inner thigh muscles but you will still diet and exercise to lose the fat from all over your body including around your thighs to truly get thinner thighs.
