What"s going on Strength Team Family? I have another great video for you. Here is The Perfect Arm Workout To Build Muscle!!!
This workout is for men and women and should only take you about 30-45 minutes to complete. Here is the full workout.
1) Standing Dumbbell Curls - 3 sets x 10/10 (Drop Sets)
1) Seated Dumbbell Extension - 3 sets x 10/10 (Drop Sets)
2) Standing Reverse Curls - 3 sets x 10-12 reps (Stay Strict)
2) Lying E-Z Curl Bar Extensions - 3 sets x 12-15 reps
3) Dumbbell Hammer Curls 5/5/5 - 3 sets x 5/5/5 (watch 4:04)
3) Weighted Diamond Pushups - 3 sets x 8-12 reps + Drop Set
