The wine is strong, slightly sweet and has a slight bite to it. Best enjoyed when served at 6 - 7 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients:
1.35 kg Pineapple
1.5 kg sugar
3.75 Liter water
Dry yeast 2 tsp
