HOW TO TARGET BICEPS & TRICEPS | BLASTING ARM WORKOUT



In this video, I"ll walk you through the best exercises to target your arms, biceps, and triceps in the same workout session.

The full workout:

Biceps:
3set x 10-12reps
1. Pause Seated barbell curl
2. Biceps curls (hold one arm under tension)
3. Seated cable curls

Triceps:
3set x 10-12reps
1. Cable Reversed Pull down (smith)
2. DB Overhead extensions
3. BW Push-ups MAX REPS
