In today"s video, I take you through a brief, but extremely effective leg workout that I"ve been doing for the last 17 weeks of this cut. It has helped me put on some serious muscle in the bulking phase, and has now helped to retain almost ALL of my muscle and strength in my legs as I"ve dieted down and lost body fat.

You"ll notice - this is a very simple workout! No need to overcomplicate it with tons of exercises, and no need to overdo it with stupid amounts of volume. There is a time and place for those, but MOST of your leg workouts should be basic and straight forward (results-oriented) like this one! Focus on the basic compounds where you reap 90+% of your strength and hypertrophy gains, and then accessorize if you have the time and energy!

Being that it was 5:15 AM on a Monday morning in this video, as well as week 17 into this cut, my energy was very low but I still powered through.
