ARM workout MASS & SIZE / Old School Superset Training / Biceps Triceps



Arm workout for mass & size using the old school superset training techniques for biceps & triceps. By using superset training for both biceps and triceps, you"re forcing maximum blood flood to the arms, as well as recruiting the maximum amount of muscle fibres in the arms. So it"s impossible to not feel like your arms are going to explode!
