College Day In The Life and Killer Leg Workout!



Hey guys!! Thanks for watching another video!
In this one I take ya through an average day in the life since I am now in my senior year of college!! Sorry my food is boring today and the same as usual, I will try to make it more entertaining in future videos!

Workout:
Deadlift 4x8
Giant set: Box squat 4x10, Pulse golbet squat 4x20, Abductor machine 4x12
Superset: Bulgarian split squat 3x10, Curtsey lunge 3x10
Giant set: Leg cul 3x10, Glute ham raise 3x15, Good morning pulses 3x20
Finisher: Smith machine jump squats 4x10, Decline twist situps 4x10, Kettlebell swings 4x20, Leg raises with dumbbell 4x25
