Quick Intense Dumbbell Arm Workout - Superset Strength Training # 1
This intense dumbbell arm workout uses superset training format to maximally burn out your biceps and triceps. You can perform this workout at home or at the gym.
Superset is a style of training where two exercises are performed one after another with zero rest time. It is great for working opposing muscles and for training muscle endurance and size.
There are three superset circuits in this workout:
Circuit 1: 10 reps of dual bicep curls + 10 reps of single arm tricep extensions
repeat three times with zero rest
Circuit 2: 10 reps of reverse curls + 10 reps of tricep skull crushers
repeat three times with zero rest
Circuit 3: 10 reps of hammer curls + 10 reps of tricep kickbacks
repeat three times with zero rest
You also get zero rest between each circuit
This intense arm workout should get you in and out of a gym really fast with a very sore biceps and triceps.
