ARM WRESTLING TRAINING 2019 #2



ARMWRESTLING WORKOUT ( PRONATION / BACK PRESSURE DAY )
We train mostly at the regular gym without table ( unfortunately )
but you may found it beneficial for you guys who has no table also..Usually I do pyramid scheme in all exercises 20-15-12-8-6(close to these numbers)...only last 2 sets really are max, the first 3 are warming ones...
