Quick and Effective Butt Workout from Home!



This is a great butt and leg workout you can do it about 10 minutes. Its starts off with some butt isolation exercises, kick-backs with 20lbs ankle weights. After that Vicky does bouncing squats holding a 10lb ankle weight. Next some low Curtsy Lunges holding the 10lbs. Then 30 side to side hops. Finish the workout with 30 jumping jack squats.
If you"re a beginner do this workout once. If you"re advanced do it 2-3x. You can do it 3-5 days a week.
