How To Make: Miso Soup with Tofu - Clearspring Organic Recipe
This is a short video demonstrating how to make a traditional Japanese Miso Soup with Japanese Silken Tofu.

Ingredients (serves 2-3)
2 small pieces of Clearspring Kombu Sea Vegetable
1 piece of Clearspring Shiitake Mushroom
1/2 block of Clearspring Silken Tofu
2 tbs of any Clearspring Miso Paste
1 tbs of Clearspring Japanese Wakame Flakes
1 piece of spring onion
800ml water
You can add any vegetables of your choice to suit your taste.
