Workout routine to improve leg speed and explosiveness
Please disregard the stability issues, i had a knee contusion from sparing that day This video was made for a client who wanted to improve his explosive power in his legs for kicking in taekwondo
These are exercises for explosive strength not MASS, and a little Speed Endurance Workout ! The WORK/REST Ratio should be 1/20
So the slender legs are very powerful believe me, lol!(Nothing i can do against genetics) Good luck i hope you like it!
