The New Video is at last online. The challenge this time is 100 squats in a month. Before doing squats it is better to make a ten-minute warm up and then start. At the end of the 30 days I have seen a huge change. I recommend you do it too to see with your own eyes. My diet is simple and plain, no supplements.
