Squats and Deadlifts Make Your Legs Explode | 5/3/1 C12.2 RD4



Ok so the previous video was my Deadlift / Squat combo day but just remember that I trained bench on Saturday at the commie gym, it"s not like all I do is deadlift and squat :P

Felt pretty good this session, I am carrying some extra timber from over the weekend, went out and had a serious booze and food binge, my belt was so tight haha! Fortunately most of it should be water and be dropped in no time, I feel and look like shit!

Squat top set was 135kg for 4 reps, felt nice, could have probably gone for the 5th but need to grow a pair of balls... squat is the only exercise that really kicks my arse in the gonad department!

More squats for assistance again felt great... once I have a few sets underway it gets easier and easier.

Deadlifts... damn... was still feeling it from Friday! My grip is improving I know that, felt like I was crushing the bar! All I know is a few cycles of this combo and my deadlift is going to improve no end... can already feel it, for me a lot of the time it"s lack of time spent performing the lift which makes me becoming slack at it.... as I am sure is the case for many others!
