Why you’re going to ❤ this workout:
It’s just the right amount of challenge and variety. There’s strength, there’s speed, there’s jumping and oh, boy, is there sweat!
Where I was sore the next day:
Honestly, I wasn’t. This is why I like 20 minute workouts.
Calories Burned:
It’s always an estimate (based on your weight and intensity), but approximately 150 - 200 calories.
⌛ Timer is set for 20 second intervals
MAIN WORKOUT (complete all three exercises in the set before resting; complete each set 3x before moving on to the next):
Step Ups (left) + Step Ups (right) + Lateral Stepovers
Toe Tappers + Lateral Step Ups (left) + Lateral Step Ups (right)
Balanced Foot Hops (left) + Balanced Foot Hops (right) + Jump Ups
Side Lunges (left) + Side Lunges (right) + Sit Down Jump Ups
Step Ups with a Hop (left) + Step Ups with a Hop (right) + Lateral Switch Feet
FINISHER (complete three sets without rest):
Single Leg Stand Ups (left) + Booty Tap Squats + Single Leg Stand Ups (right)
