If you play sports professionally, body build, or just want to have a nice set of wheels as you strut onto the beach, I"m going to show you my TOP 5 best Leg exercises to build them bad boys! Just like how we want to have a big strong upper have, we also want a bigger and even stronger lower body.
The legs have some of the most important muscles in our body that we use everyday (walking/running/jumping/moving side to side/pick up objects/moving objects etc.) If you play any sports or have a desire to gain muscle, building you legs will increase your overall muscle mass greatly, which raises the amount of calories you can eat in a day, and also the amount of calories you burn at rest!
Doing leg exercises or following certain leg workouts may not be our most favorite to train. But with these 5 best leg exercises (in my opinion) you"ll not only have fun training them, you will experience an all around increase in performance in the gym!
