GROW and SHAPE your BUTT! | GLUTES ONLY WORKOUT



Here comes another booty workout video for you all! I kept this video strictly glutes only! We are targeting the inner, outer, and whole entire butt with this one! High reps, moderate weight equals a WHOLE LOTTA BURN!! Remember to always drive through with your heels, squeeze your glutes on the come up, and ALWAYS keep your mind thinking about and on the glutes for that mind muscle connection! This workout is from start to finish, so you are seeing a snippet of how I like to warm up my legs/glutes before a workout!

SQUAT STANCE HIP ADDUCTIONS (15 REPS)
