TRX Pistol Squats



People often assume that you can"t do a hard legs workout without weights. I"m always being asked how you can train legs well with a TRX. This is a GVT TRX pistol squats session that I like to use and gives me some good DOMS if I concentrate on 3010 tempo and squeezing the relevant muscles.
