Tractor Tucker

Just a little introduction for my Pozible project....a collection of shared recipes and gastronomic tidbits from various corners of the globe....called Tractor Tucker, after the Oranje Tractor that brands our organic wine. Willing Workers On Organic Farms (WWOOFers) have been hosted here on the farm, and have shared their culture with us as we have shared ours with them. Naturally, food is a big part of this cultural exchange...so we have amassed a great variety of authentic, home-style recipes that are very worthy of sharing with the world at large. Pozible crowd-sourced funding will enable us to publish this collection in a full colour book.
