Everyday is Leg day - Garden Training - Parkour & Free Running

I don"t normally make videos like this, but I was doing a little Power/Precision training in my garden earlier today... So I figured why not film it!?

Not a particularly good video, everything I did in it needs a lot of work really... But it"s a training video, it"s not supposed to be good! :)
